For the nominal fee of $350* we will draft the contract following your instructions. We will obtain from you all the relevant information and contingencies and provide you with written instructions on how to execute the documents. If you want, you and the other party can meet in our office to sign the documents.
In addition, we can act as escrow agent to hold the earnest money deposit and ultimately conduct the settlement on behalf of all parties. If the purchaser needs to obtain a loan, we can refer them to at least three lenders that we work with, but we encourage every borrower to shop on their own for the best deal. We do not accept referral fees, so we have nothing to gain from providing you with the names of competent lenders we have worked with in the past.

Lender charges, prorations, and pre-paid items are additional fees which will be disclosed to you by your lender when you submit your loan application.
