In order to expand our services, FireSide elected to merge its operations into Passport Title Services, Inc. effective May 2022. Through our affiliation with Passport we can now assist you with loan closings in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia, as well as Florida, West Virginia, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Title insurance is provided by Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, the largest title underwriter in the United States.
